Patrick P. DiGangi, P.E., brings over 36 years of experience in water, wastewater and municipal engineering to ARRO with the merger of CKS Engineers and ARRO Consulting. He was a shareholder and member of the CKS leadership team when the two merged.
Patrick is the appointed engineer for several of the firm’s municipal and authority clients. He has extensive experience in the design, permitting, funding and construction of public infrastructure projects, as well as the preparation of feasibility and planning studies. He is also responsible for the management and operation of the Doylestown, PA office.
Patrick is a licensed professional engineer in Pennsylvania, and graduated from Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science in Geo-Environmental Science. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association, the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association, and the Eastern Pennsylvania Water Pollution Control Operators Association.
In his spare time, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and fishing.
