Ihsan Al-Fayyomi is a seasoned engineering and business leader with over three decades of experience in management, operations, and strategic growth. A graduate of Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, he has built a distinguished career guiding diverse teams and driving success in the industry. Prior to joining ARRO as CEO, he held a regional leadership role at a multinational engineering firm, where he was instrumental in business development and operational excellence. Now based at ARRO’s headquarters in Lititz, PA, Ihsan is focused on fostering collaboration, innovation, and long-term success for the firm and its clients.
