Please join us in welcoming Casey LaLonde to the ARRO team! Casey joins us as an Assistant Vice President and Office Manager for our West Chester office. He will be responsible for overseeing the office functions including monitoring budgets, staff schedules, business development initiatives, staffing, and more.
Casey brings a wealth of experience to ARRO. With over twenty years working within municipal management, he has served Chester County municipalities as both township and borough manager, most recently as the manager of West Goshen Township. Casey’s public service also includes participation on numerous committees including the Chester County Consortium of Municipal Managers, the Chester County Pipeline Safety Advisory Board, the West Chester Pike Coalition, the International City/County Management Association, and the Chester County Tax Collection Committee, to name a few. He has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.A. in Political Science from Pennsylvania State University.
