Valley Township Interim Township Manager Services
When Valley Township found itself without a Township Manager, ARRO was called in to help manage the transition period. Our team member guided Valley Township through the process of selecting a new Manager, while making sure the daily operations of the Township were efficient and effective.
Specifically, ARRO provided guidance to the Board of Supervisors on the sale of utilities, budget preparation, assistance to the police department, guidance in selecting a new Police Chief, Township Solicitor, and Township Manager, consulting services to the newly selected Manager, and oversight of construction on a new municipal building. ARRO team members are prepared to assist Pennsylvania municipalities with management and accreditation of police departments, EMS services, fire departments, and municipal water and sewer authorities. ARRO can also aid in the formulation of municipal Emergency Operations and Strategic Management Plans.
