West Vincent Township was established in 1832 when Vincent Township was divided in half. The original Vincent Township was named after Sir Mathias Vincent, who had purchased land from Pennsylvania’s founder, William Penn. West Vincent is located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, with an approximate population of 5,400 people.
Along with our work as Township Engineer, ARRO completes plan reviews, commercial and residential code inspections, and serves as an alternate zoning officer for West Vincent Township.
