Darrell L. Becker, P.E. is ARRO’s senior civil/municipal engineer. Darrell has 42 years of experience in design and evaluation of roadway construction and improvements, bridge rehabilitation and replacement, storm drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers, aviation-related facilities. Darrell has also served as municipal engineer for numerous boroughs and townships in southeastern Pennsylvania, responsible for design, specifications, cost opinions, bidding, shop drawing review, and construction observation. Darrell has worked on numerous projects involving Community Development Block Grant funding, Lancaster County-wide LATS funding, Safe Routes to School Funding, Smart Growth Transportation Funding and/or PENNDOT highway occupancy and signalization permits.
Darrell provides a complete range of municipal engineering services to townships and boroughs in southeastern Pennsylvania including subdivision plan review and construction observation of public improvements, design and review of stormwater management and erosion and sedimentation control plans, road improvement contracts, permits, public agency liaison, and related functions.
Darrell is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
