Carolyn F. Giardini has 13 years of experience in management, education and training, program development, brand development, administrative assistance, event planning and coordination, social media/digital marketing, graphic design, marketing, business development, sales, proposal development and coordination, and client service programs. She has coordinated multiple website redesigns and brand refreshes, in addition to preparation and execution of marketing and communications plans.
Carolyn has experience with office administration including location research and studies, moving logistics and planning, floor planning, staff coordination and communication, lease negotiation and evaluation, and project management. She has coordinated numerous office closures, openings, relocations, and expansions.
Carolyn oversees management of grant procurement, with supervision of ongoing internal funding education at ARRO, administration of funding research at the county, state, and federal levels, and supervision of grant application processes. This includes client meetings, site surveys and photographs, narrative development, securing recommendations from local entities and representatives, application submissions, and grant proposal presentations.
Carolyn received a B.M. in Music Education and a B.M. in Flute Performance from West Chester University, and a M.M. in Flute Performance from Temple University. She did graduate studies in Brand Development & Marketing Communications at Rutgers Business School and has her Pennsylvania teaching certification in Music K-12. She was named the Woman to Watch in the Central Pennsylvania Business Journal’s 2018 Women of Influence program. Carolyn is a member of the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association’s Vendor & Sponsor Sub-Committee and is the chair of ARRO’s Employee Engagement & Advocacy Committee.
