We are pleased to welcome Cynthia Zawrotuk, P.E. to ARRO Consulting as our Senior Vice President of Corporate Growth.
Cindy brings over 30 years of engineering and leadership experience across both the public and private sectors, with a deep focus on operational and fiscal management, long-term planning, project delivery, and client development.
A licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, Cindy has built a strong technical foundation in water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure and facilities. She has led multidisciplinary teams and managed complex infrastructure projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Maryland.
In addition to her engineering expertise, Cindy is widely recognized for her strategic leadership in operations and business development. She has a proven track record of establishing and expanding client relationships, optimizing internal workflows, and boosting profitability through proactive backlog oversight and cost control. Her career reflects a holistic approach that combines engineering excellence with business acumen, stakeholder collaboration, and financial stewardship.
As Senior Vice President of Corporate Growth, Cindy is responsible for overseeing and implementing strategies to position ARRO for growth. She is working with the team to implement internal processes and practices to support growth, promote the use of digital tools, develop and attract top talent, and implement continuous improvement practices to create workflow efficiencies which will position ARRO success as we grow.
