Mark’s other duties include project management, staff leadership, and business development.
Mark is a licensed Professional Geologist (P.G.) and is ARRO’s resident stormwater and Municipal Stormwater Sewer System (MS4) specialist. Recognized as a local authority on stormwater, he presents regularly through organizations including MRWA, APMM, PSATS, and PWEA. Mark has worked on a wide variety of projects such as stormwater management system design, MS4 program development, NDPDES permitting, total maximum daily load (TMDL) planning, Chesapeake Bay pollution reduction planning, best management practice design and installation, and public water supply studies.
Mark attended Millersville University and graduated with his B.S. in Engineering Geology. He also is certified by the American Stormwater Institute, LLC as a Qualified MS4 Stormwater Compliance Professional in both Maryland and Pennsylvania.
