ARRO’s Department of People & Culture

In an effort to clearly communicate and emphasize the importance of adequately supporting all of our team members, ARRO’s former Human Resources Department has been re-structured and re-named. The newly named Department of People & Culture will be staffed with three well qualified, dedicated professionals with extensive experience in serving and supporting team members within an organization. The goals of the newly re-structured department include employee support throughout the employment life cycle, facilitating efforts in the areas of overall company culture, employee support, employee engagement, professional development, counseling, employee wellness, etc.

Recently joining the team, ARRO’s Director of People and Culture, Matt Verdecchia expressed The Department of People and Culture is far more than just Human Resources (HR). The name of the department was deliberate- we’re going to move this department and our people far beyond just benefits, managing vacation time, and other stereotypical things people think of when they think of HR. We are ready and organized to provide the support and assistance that all members of the team at ARRO expect from us and need.
