Michele A. Fountain, P.E. serves as the client manager for many municipal entities in southeastern PA. She is responsible for design plans, contract documents, bidding, procurement, inspection, and close-out for a wide range of capital improvement projects including stormwater management, sanitary sewer extensions, ordinance development, and landscape and recreation trail plans.
Michele has been coordinating typical municipal programs for over three decades using her expertise in permit reviews, road programs, zoning/subdivision review, improvements inspections, grant funding and floodplain administration. Michele has also served as the MS4 coordinator for ARRO Consulting/CKS clients.
She is a licensed Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania, and received a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Villanova University.
